These ‘monthly’ classes focus mainly on standing postures which aim to build up strength, flexibility and stamina. They also include the practice of supine and seated postures as well as Sarvangasana (shoulder stand) and introduce Sirsasana (headstand).
They are open to all Iyengar yoga students regularly attending beginners or general level classes. Please ask if unsure.
These longer sessions complement a regular usual class, giving a bit more time to explore and deepen understanding of Introductory level asanas. They may also help consolidate a budding home practice.

In the unlikely event that a workshop has to be cancelled, a message will be posted on the website and, if you have provided contact details with your booking, we will do our best to contact you. You will receive a full refund, but we cannot be liable for any additional expenses.
If you are no longer able to attend en event you have booked, please inform Pascale (email@example.com or 07941646418) ASAP. A full refund is given up to 1 week before the event. After that date, unless a replacement can be found, a voluntary £10 cancellation fee will be appreciated.
