This restorative classes will focus on breathing awareness.
This live streamed online class is run on the Zoom platform. For details on how to use this please check the online yoga class brief.
The class will involve some (optional) supported inversions. It will not be suitable for complete beginners as it involves postures that you need to be familiar with and I cannot come and help you set up the equipment in person.
You will need some yoga props such as 1 mat, 1 belt, 4 blocks (or more), 2 blankets, 1 bolster, 1 chair or stool, a firm plank or wooden stick, a light piece of material to cover your eyes when lying down on your back. You may use alternative props, such as,
* Blanket = Thick towels, cushions
* Bolster = 2 big kitchen rolls or a thick pillow rolled on tightly and secured in a blanket
* Brick = a thick book, e.g., dictionary, a kitchen roll on its end, thick cushions
* Belt = a long - non stretchy - scarf
Number of participants will be limited to 12. Zoom login details will be sent to those who have booked.
If you would be interested but this time is not suitable for you let me know in case I may be able to arrange yet another slot.
In the unlikely event that a workshop has to be cancelled, a message will be posted on the website and, if you have provided contact details with your booking, we will do our best to contact you. You will receive a full refund, but we cannot be liable for any additional expenses.
If you are no longer able to attend en event you have booked, please inform Pascale (firstname.lastname@example.org or 07941646418) ASAP. A full refund is given up to 1 week before the event. After that date, unless a replacement can be found, a voluntary £10 cancellation fee will be appreciated.
