Garth McClean 'Finding Balance' Online Workshop – Day 2

Sun, 3 Oct 2021

We are delighted to welcome Garth back to teach a weekend for us, online from his home in California.
This is a General Level Workshop open to those with some Iyengar yoga experience.
Garth says; “As we seek to find a return to balance in our lives while moving forward into winter with the pandemic still in play, how can we find balance in asana to balance our life and our decisions? Whether we are on our feet, on our head, our shoulders or on our arms, balance is needed in all of the asana sthitis’ while calling on judicious discretion and awareness of balance/counter balance, as in the concept of pratipaksha.
This workshop will be recorded.
See details on SIYC website.
