This workshop will focus on working on the revolving postures (Parivrtti Sthiti), important and challenging asanas that help to mobilise the joints of the spine and maintain the health of the abdominal organs, bringing new energy and confidence.
The workshop will be taught by Emma Rattenbury, a very popular and experienced, Level 2 SADIY teacher..
This workshop is suitable for all with 6 months or more of Iyengar yoga practice, except for pregnant women and those with fibroids. Participants menstruating on the day will be given alternative poses when needed.
It will take place online via Zoom.
All workshop fees are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by us.
