Preparing and booking
Booking is essential. Please contact the teacher in advance to ensure this workshop event is suitable and discuss any health issues or injuries that may affect your practice.
To book and get further details, please email Pascale (firstname.lastname@example.org) in advance of the class. A link will be sent to your once your payment have been received.
To participate you will need the following yoga equipment (or equivalent): 4 blocks, 2 blankets, 1 belt, 1 bolster (or thick cushions), 1 chair (not necessarily a yoga chair). Please ask if unsure or if you would like to borrow some props.
