Online Workshop on 'Exploring variations in Sarvangasana and Halasana' with Pascale Vacher

Sun, 20 Nov 2022

This is the second in a series of workshops in which we will explore ways in which to prepare for and develop confidence in the practice of inversions (Viparita Sthiti).
In this second event, we will continue to explore Sarvangasana (shoulder stand) and Halasana (plough pose). We will look at different variations and support for these poses, gradually leading to the independent practice these two key asanas and building the body strength and mental awareness for other inverted poses.
It is not necessary to have attended the first event to join this workshop, but some prior experience with these two poses will be expected. Please ask if unsure.
This online workshop with Pascale Vacher is taking place online via Zoom.
