This event is part of a series of online workshops in which we will explore ways in which to prepare for and develop confidence in the practice of inversions (Viparita Sthiti). In this third session, we will focus on how to prepare and build up toward to Sirsasana (head stand). We will look at different support and variations for this pose, gradually leading to the independent practice this key asana. We will explore how it relates to other asanas and contributes to the development of the body strength and mental awareness for all inverted poses. It is not necessary to have attended the first two events to join this workshop, but a prior established practice of Sarvangasana (shoudler stand) will be expected. Please ask if unsure. This online workshop with Pascale Vacher is taking place online via Zoom.
