These ‘monthly’ workshops focus mainly on standing postures which aim to build up strength, flexibility and stamina. They also include the practice of supine and seated postures as well as Sarvangasana (shoulder stand) and introduce other inversions such as Adho Mukha Vrksasana (full arm balance) and Sirsasana (headstand).
These longer sessions complement a regular usual class, giving a bit more time to explore and deepen understanding of Introductory level asanas. They may also help consolidate a budding home practice.
They are open to all Iyengar yoga students regularly attending beginners or general level classes. Please ask if unsure.
This workshop with Pascale Vacher will take place in her litlle, fully equipped yoga studio. It will be followed, weather permitting, by a shared (bring your own) lunch in the garden.

We cannot be liable for any additional expenses that you may have incurred as a result.
