Join Pascale for a free 'warming' class to celebrate the end of the year and meet other Iyengar Yoga students.
This short class is suitable for anyone with experience of Iyengar yoga. If unsure please ask. There will be also an opportunity on the day for you to join SADIY, our local Iyengar Yoga group, and IY(UK), the UK Iyengar Yoga association.* 3.00pm - 'Warming' yoga class - open to all
* 4.15pm - Q&A with tea and cake
