Yoga does not just change the way we see things, it transforms the person who sees.

Online or face-to-face Covid-safe classes and workshops
Our classes and workshops are delivered online or in Covid-safe environments.
At present many of our yoga classes and workshops are delivered online through the Zoom platform. They are much like 'real' classes that you can attend from your home. You can see the teacher and the teacher can see all the students and provide instructions and corrections, individually or to the group.
Some teachers are also offering face-to-face or blended teaching (combining online access and places available to those who would like to attend in person). Booking essential. Please ask them for details.
Some teachers also provide additional forms of support to help everyone maintain their yoga practice (e.g., class sequences leaflets and videos sent to you through email, WhatsApps groups, Facebook pages etc.).
Our next SADIY workshop will be announced soon.
Also check our Events page for Iyengar yoga events on offer, taught or organised by our local teachers:
We hope you are all keeping well and enjoying your yoga.
