Fun and friendly class for the whole family. Monthly on Saturdays, 2pm - 3pm A 45 minute class, followed by refreshments. These yoga sessions are tailored for children aged between 3 - 7 years old, but older kids are welcome! All children must be accompanied by an adult.

This special Winter Restorative class with Frances is aimed at easing your body and mind in, what can often be, the busiest time of the year.
This gentle class will give you the opportunity to relax and re-energise in our beautiful Centre, followed by tea and mince pies. The perfect way to celebrate the festive period with our yoga community.

First Aid course - Level 3 Emergency First Aid at Work

SADIY has invited JWP Training to run a First Aid course at ZagYoga Iyengar Yoga studio in the new year.
This course leads to the delivery of the Level 3 Emergency First Aid at Work certificate, which is valid for 3 years. This qualification is a requirement for all IY(UK) teachers.
This one-day event is open to all SADIY members and non-members.
* Date: Sunday 26 January 2025
* Time: 9.00am to 3.30pm (including a short break for lunch)
* Fees: £80 (or £75 for SADIY members)
