Yoga can provide an invaluable tool to help us to remain resilient and stable, and find respite, peace and the seeds of hope.
This workshop will be led by Emma Rattenbury, a Level 2 Iyengar Yoga teacher. It will include a mixture of supported recuperative postures, more active asanas and finish with simple pranayama.
It is suitable for anyone with 6 months or more experience of Iyengar Yoga.

First Aid course - Level 3 Emergency First Aid at Work - 2026

SADIY has invited JWP Training to run a First Aid course at Sheffield Iyengar Yoga Centre in the Autumn 2026.
This course leads to the delivery of the Level 3 Emergency First Aid at Work certificate, which is valid for 3 years. This qualification is a requirement for all IY(UK) teachers.
This one-day event is open to all SADIY members and non-members.
* Date: Saturday 5 September 2026
* Time: 10.30am to 4.30pm (including a short break for lunch)
* Fees: £80 (or £75 for SADIY members)
